Anonymous asked: Senators on both sides of the debate agreed to an amendment under which a victim of rape or incest who reports the attack would not have to undergo an ultrasound to get an abortion. I’ve been trying to write out a decent post to convey my anger and I can’t even do that. My thoughts are going all over the place.
What happens if one of my friends gets pregnant? She’ll have to face the emotional trauma of getting an ultrasound, and possibly seeing that baby for herself. That’s not fair. The government shouldn’t force women to do such a thing. What...

So my original plan was to go to bed at 9pm and wake up at 4:30am, study, Japanese Placement Test, go to my research assistance thing, fill out forms, class, study, food, etc.
We see how well this worked out (woke up at 1… derp). The good news is that my research session for this week was canceled, so I have zero obligations until 3pm.

I never feel comfortable sitting in the middle of the food court. There’s always some level of anxiety.
For the first time in my life, I’m sitting here listening to Holocene by Bon Iver, and feeling so incredibly peaceful.
This is going to be a good week for me. I can feel it in mah bones, yo.
